Accommodation/ICCM-16

Several classes of accommodations will be available close to the conference venue or in central Kyoto city accessed by using the subway. A five-day subway pass will be supplied under the registration fee coverage. Rates for accommodations will start from $65 per night. Due to Kyoto’s wide range of hotel line-up, attendees can be accommodated at any budget.

Our official accommodations are already blocked with discount rates. Please note that the rates below are guaranteed (as of July 2006, subject to change) upon booking through the link of our official travel agent below. Attendees who wish to extend their stay in Kyoto after ICCM-16 are strongly advised to book hotels as early as possible due to a guest peak by "Gion Festival".

For extension, you shall book your hotel first until the last day of the conference (Friday, 13 July　07) through the booking tool below. Then, you shall enter your extension request into the "Inquiries" field on the bottom of the "Personal Information" page of the booking tool. However, due to the guest peak, your request might not be satisfied particularly for the late application. The hotel room rate might be increased for the extension from the conference discount rate.

Before online accommodation booking, you shall create your personal page in the booking tool at the following link and obtain your access ID number to this tool.
